SERVICES PROVIDED

While majority of people experience difficulties in life, not all have access to a solid support system or additional tools to overcome life's hurdles. Are you experiencing severe relational difficulties with a parent or significant other? Or are you currently battling depression or grief? Do you struggle with constant anxiety? Or have you undergone a major life change? Regardless of the nature of the difficulty, we all need a solid support system to help us cope and get through our life’s challenges. My aim is to provide empathic support while facilitating the process of overcoming difficult life challenges in order to ultimately regain emotional stability in life.

 

Although my therapeutic approach is highly client-centered, I predominantly utilize cognitive behavioral techniques to facilitate the development of healthy behavior patterns and emotions while eliminating negative ones to establish a sense of happiness and stability in life. I also tend to maintain a goal oriented therapeutic approach, which enables constant assessment of progress in therapy. I work with individuals of all cultural backgrounds struggling with difficult life-adjustments, anxiety, depression, relationship/interpersonal conflicts, aggression, anger, grief, parenting, and more.
